Mind Body Coaching
Mind Body Coaching is designed for climbers who want to move through counterproductive reflexes like overgripping, hesitation, under-commitment, and overthinking. The body holds onto these conditioned tendencies as a means of self-protection. When the stakes feel high (like redpointing your proj), the likelihood that we revert to old patterns tends to increase.
As a Somatic Coach, Beth Manzanares brings a grounded, compassionate approach to working with the soma, the living body in all of its wholeness. Together, we will explore the inherent wisdom of your soma to achieve your goals, find embodied healing, and create lasting transformation.
A 10-session pack is available at a reduced rate and represents a complete coaching cycle. The container is intentionally structured to support real change, starting with your goals, moving through your conditioned tendencies, and building new practices for your climbing and beyond.
